ArenaPro Privacy Policy

Summary

ArenaPro keeps your business data on your device first. A cloud account is optional; if you enable it, your data is backed up in an access-controlled space that belongs to your business only. We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or share it with third parties for marketing.

What data do we process?

• Business records: booking calendar, pitch/court definitions, deposits and payments, expenses, staff names. You create these and they belong to you.
• Customer records: contact details you enter, such as the booking holder's name and phone. The business is responsible for collecting this data lawfully; the app shows it only to your business.
• Account info (optional cloud): your e-mail address, used only for sign-in and verification.
• Subscription status: verified via the App Store / Google Play and RevenueCat; we never see your payment details.

Where is data stored?

Local data stays on your device. With cloud backup enabled, data is stored on Supabase infrastructure in the European Union (Frankfurt) with per-business access rules (row-level security). Image processing such as barcode scanning (canteen sales) runs on-device; camera frames are not sent to a server for analysis.

Occupancy board

The TV/board view shows only busy/free time blocks and the display name you choose; customer phone numbers and payment details never appear on the board.

Your rights

Your data belongs to you: export it, correct it, or delete your account in the app (Settings → Cloud account → Delete account, or the account deletion page). Deletion permanently removes your cloud data. Questions: [email protected]
