Our apps keep your business data on your device first. Creating a cloud account is optional; if you create one, your data is backed up in an access-controlled area that belongs to your business alone. We do not sell your data, we do not use it for advertising, and we do not share it with third parties for marketing.
Local data stays on your device. If cloud backup is enabled, data is stored on Supabase infrastructure in the European Union (Frankfurt) region, with per-business access rules (row level security). An internet connection is not required; syncing happens once you are back online.
In WashPro a business can give its customer a QR link showing the status of their vehicle. That link exposes only the plate of that vehicle, the job status and the estimated handover time; it cannot reach any other business data.
You keep full control of your data: you can delete your records from inside the app and close your cloud account at any time. For questions and deletion requests: [email protected]
