Yes. Taking bookings, deposits, closing a match, the till and the reports all work without a connection, and sync to the cloud once you are back online. The TV board and customers' online booking requests do need a connection, because those run on other devices.
Open tanrikuluapps.com/arenapro/pano in the browser of the TV at your entrance; a pairing code appears. In the app, tap the TV icon on the schedule screen and scan that code. From then on the TV shows tonight's matches and the free slots — never any amounts.
A team that comes the same day and hour every week. Define it once under Regulars and the schedule fills four weeks ahead by itself. If the team stops, you deactivate it: future weeks stop being created and past records stay.
You can record a deposit when you take the booking or later, from the booking details. The deposit goes into the till of the day it was collected. When you close the match the app works out what is left to pay, and warns you if the amount you type does not match — the common mistake is charging the full price again on a booking that already has a deposit.
Tap No-show in the booking details. Any deposit stays in the till (it is not counted twice — it was already income on the day you took it) and a no-show is recorded against that phone number. Next time the same number asks for a booking, the app warns you before you confirm.
At closing time your phone gets the day's till: how many matches, how much cash, card and bank transfer, how many no-shows. Tapping the notification opens the summary, including who collected what, and Share summary sends it as text to your partner or accountant. You see the till even when you are not at the venue. No cloud account needed; it works offline.
Yes — Settings → End-of-day summary lets you turn it off or pick the time (23:30 by default). If nothing arrives, notifications are probably turned off for the app. Nothing is sent on a day with no records.
Till → Add entry → Extra sale. Type what it was and how much, and pick cash or card. This income appears as its own line in the till, the end-of-day summary and the reports, so the whole day lives in the app and you do not need a separate notebook.
Put the amount in the Monthly dues field when you edit the regular match. In the Regulars list, a team that has not paid for the current month shows a red amount; tap it to collect (cash, card or bank transfer) and the money goes into that day's till. Paid teams show a green check. The list moves to the new month on its own.
Deposit and closing screens offer Transfer next to cash and card. When a customer books remotely you can ask for a transfer and mark it once you see the money in your account. The app does not read your bank — you do the marking. The point is that at the end of the day you can see what should be countable cash and what went to the account, separately.
No. No request becomes a booking by itself. A customer using your booking link (Settings → Share booking link) or the customer map sees your free slots and sends a request, which waits for you at the top of the schedule screen. The request card has a Call the customer button so you can verify the number first, then confirm or decline. A customer cannot send a request without a valid phone number.
Almost always this means you signed in with a different account. Using the same email address through Google, Apple and a password does not create three accounts — but two different email addresses (say your work and personal ones) create two separate businesses, and both can show the same name on screen. Check which address you are signed in with under Settings → Cloud account. If you are unsure, email us; nothing is deleted, so it can be recovered.
Permissions follow the role. Staff can take bookings, collect deposits and close matches; courts and pricing, regular-team agreements, reports, expenses and settings stay with managers. You pick the role when you generate an invite code.
Yes — every device signed in to your cloud account sees the same business. One device connects to one business at a time.
In the app: Settings → Cloud account → delete account. If you no longer have the app installed, request deletion from the account deletion page.
