WashPro keeps your business data on your device first. A cloud account is optional; if you enable it, your data is backed up in an access-controlled space that belongs to your business only. We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or share it with third parties for marketing.
Local data stays on your device. With cloud backup enabled, data is stored on Supabase infrastructure in the European Union (Frankfurt) with per-business access rules (row-level security). Image processing such as plate reading runs on-device; photos are not sent to a server for analysis.
The QR link you give a customer shows only that vehicle's plate, job status and estimated pickup time — nothing else. The link expires after the job is closed.
Your data belongs to you: export it, correct it, or delete your account in the app (Settings → Cloud account → Delete account, or the account deletion page). Deletion permanently removes your cloud data. Questions: [email protected]
