Use the form at the bottom of this page →Create a tariff under the Tariffs tab. It has four parts: how many minutes are free, the tiers, an optional daily cap, and the “and above” rate for time beyond the last tier. Read a tier as “up to this many minutes, this total price”: with 60 min → 50 and 180 min → 80, a car that stays two hours pays 80. Leave the daily cap empty for no cap. You can keep several tariffs and mark one active; the active one is used at exit.
Yes, but it asks for the manager PIN. The reason is that the till and the screen must agree: every manual correction is flagged separately in the report, so at the end of the day the answer to “why is this vehicle short” is in the record. You set the PIN in Settings.
Add the vehicle by plate on the members screen; the period can be weekly, monthly or yearly. When the plate is read the app recognises the member, lets the car out without asking for payment and marks the entry as MEMBER. Who has paid and who owes is tracked period by period, and overdue members are flagged in the list.
Only their own vehicle’s entry time and the fee accruing right now, live. No other record, no list of plates, no revenue or till figures. The link opens a single entry. The customer does not need to install anything — but the page talks to the cloud, so it needs a connection and the entry has to have synced.
On the TV in your booth, open tanrikuluapps.com/otoparkpro/pano in the browser; a 6-digit code appears. In the app go to Settings → Display Board and type that code — the board binds to your active branch and starts showing free spaces and your tariff live. The TV never asks again. You need to be signed in with a cloud account to pair it.
Visibility is per branch and opt-in: you turn on “Be visible to drivers” in Settings and the branch must have its location saved. Once on, your car park’s name, location and number of free spaces are listed on the driver screen. Plates and amounts are never shared. You can switch it off at any time; while off you appear nowhere.
The summary button on the till screen collects the whole day on one screen: takings, cash/card split, expenses, net, vehicles in, out and still inside, and how much each staff member collected. Share it with one tap over WhatsApp or SMS — the recipient does not need the app. You can also set an evening reminder.
Get the whole plate in frame and keep it roughly parallel to the screen; recognition drops at steep angles. The app shows the readings it found so you can tap the right one, and you can always type it manually. Recognition runs on the device — the photo is not uploaded and no connection is needed. Note that Turkish plates never contain Q, W or X, so entries with those letters are rejected.
Plate formats for 23 countries are built in (Türkiye, Germany, France, Spain, Italy, the Netherlands, Poland, Romania, Greece, Russia, Ukraine, Azerbaijan, Israel, India, Indonesia, Vietnam, Japan, Korea, China and others). Pick yours under Settings → Plate country. If your country is not listed there is a free format: the app imposes no pattern and simply records what it reads.
Generate a 6-digit invite code in Settings; your employee creates an account on their own phone and taps “join with code”. The code is single use. You choose the role as you generate it: Staff can only take vehicles in and out and collect member payments; Manager adds tariffs, reports and expenses, while business settings stay with the owner. Every record shows who made it. Any device signed in to the same account sees the same business.
Yes. Add branches and switch between them; each branch has its own vehicles, till and reports. The panel shows how many vehicles are at each branch and how much of the capacity is used. The display board and map visibility are per branch as well.
You choose: 7, 30 or 90 days. When the period is up only the photo is deleted — the record, the plate and the amount collected stay. Photos exist as proof in a dispute, not as an archive.
Yes. Entries and exits, plate reading, fee calculation, payments and reports all work without a connection and sync to the cloud once you are back online. Only the customer scanning the receipt QR needs a connection, because that is the customer’s phone talking to the server.
Almost always this means you signed in with a different account. Using the same email address through Google, Apple and a password does not create three accounts — but two different email addresses (say your work and personal ones) create two separate businesses, and both can show the same name on screen. Check which address you are signed in with under Settings → Cloud account. If you are unsure, email us; nothing is deleted, so it can be recovered.
The first 7 days are free; to end the trial without being charged, cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. Cancelling does not cut you off — you keep access until the end of the period you paid for. Cancel on iPhone under Settings → (your name) → Subscriptions, on Android under Play Store → Subscriptions. We cannot issue refunds: the store takes the payment, so refund requests go to Apple or Google. If you believe you were charged in error, write to us anyway and we will help you through it.
In the app: Settings → Cloud account → delete account. If you no longer have the app installed, request deletion from the account deletion page.
