OtoparkPro is offline-first parking management software for paid car park operators. It reads the plate with the phone camera, records the vehicle on entry, works out the fee from the tariff on exit, keeps subscribers' months and balances, and closes the day from the till. No barrier or separate plate-recognition hardware is needed; it runs on a phone, in a browser and on a TV board, and syncs to the cloud when the connection returns.

How it works

Online payment · PayTR and Stripe

Customers pay by phone — the exit completes itself.

Choose Online at exit: the QR code appears on the phone and on the booth TV board at the same time. The customer scans and pays with their own card; the moment the payment lands, the exit completes itself. The money goes straight to your own PayTR or Stripe account, and Tanrikulu Apps takes no transaction fee on top.

Connect your own account Add your PayTR or Stripe account under Settings → Payment account. Keys are kept encrypted on the server and never reach the app.

Show the QR code at exit Choose Online; the QR code appears on the phone and on the TV board at once. The customer scans and pays with their own card.

The exit completes itself The moment the payment lands, the vehicle exit closes automatically. No exit button is drawn before the money arrives — so there are no unpaid exits.

Online payments sit on their own line in the cash register and reports, separate from card. They also work for member and customer payments.

Web version · The computer in the booth

The computer at the counter is the same lot.

If there is a computer in the booth you do not need to install anything: sign in with the same account in the browser and your lot appears on screen. Long lists on a wide screen, fast typing.

Account and subscription on the phone The web is an extra screen: it does not create accounts or subscriptions, it runs on the one from your phone.

Valet management

Everyone sees who is bringing the car, at the same time.

The customer asks from the QR page, the valet from the panel — either way the request lands in your team's list. One attendant claims it, so nobody else walks to the same car. When the car reaches the door, the customer sees it on their phone.

Note the parking spot “A3”, “level -2, right row” — free text, never required. Where the car was left stays on the record.

The request reaches the team The customer asks from the QR page, or the attendant at the booth taps “Bring the car”. The server decides who claims it, so two people never walk to the same car.

A separate line at checkout The valet fee is added on top of the parking fee as its own line and can be switched off when needed. The report shows how many cars each attendant brought, the average time and the revenue.

It stays off for car parks that do not offer valet: nothing valet-related is drawn anywhere in the app. Turn it on under Settings → Valet.

Display Board · The booth TV

Free spaces read from the street, the fee read from the screen.

The TV in the booth does two jobs. When idle it shows live free spaces and your rates, so a driver passing by sees there is room and pulls in. When a car arrives, the plate, the arrival time and the tracking QR take over the screen; on the way out, the duration and the amount due. After thirty seconds the board goes back to the showcase.

Let your customer watch the fee live.

The moment a car enters, a code unique to that record is born. The customer scans it, watches the entry time and running fee live, and can add a card to Apple Wallet. When the car checks out the news lands on the lock screen — on Android the same happens through a browser notification. No app, no sign-up, no message fees.

Analytics · Reports

Every report answers one question.

The reports screen is not a long table: six questions, six answers. You see the answer on the card; tap it and the detail opens — chart, distribution, history.

  • What did we earn today?
  • What should we expect tomorrow?
  • When are we busiest?
  • Who comes back most?
  • How long do they stay?
  • How full does the lot get?
Reports are computed from the records on your device and open without a connection. The forecast is not a promise but the average of past same weekdays — the screen says how many it is based on.

Reading plates with the camera

  1. Tap VEHICLE ENTRY on the panel; the phone camera opens.
  2. Frame the plate and take the photo.
  3. The plate is read and the record opens; if it fails you can type it.

Reading happens on the device — no internet needed.

Connecting the display board to a TV

  1. In the browser of the booth TV, open tanrikuluapps.com/otoparkpro/pano. A 6-digit code appears on screen.
  2. On your phone go to Settings → Display Board and type the code shown on the TV.
  3. The board links to your active branch and starts showing free spots and your rates live. The TV never asks again.

You need to be signed in with a cloud account to link. If you hand the TV to another business, tap the footer 5 times to reset the pairing.

Showing the receipt QR to a customer

  1. Register the vehicle entry; a code unique to that record is created immediately.
  2. Tap the card on the panel, then tap the Receipt QR button.
  3. The customer scans it and watches the entry time and running fee live. You can also print it on a slip.

The link shows only that single record; your plates and till stay private. It works after cloud sync.

Sending the end-of-day report to the boss

  1. On the Cash screen, tap the summary icon at the top right.
  2. Today's takings, cash/card split, vehicles in and out and collections per staff appear on one screen.
  3. Use Share to send it by WhatsApp or SMS — the recipient does not need the app.

Pick a time under Settings → Evening reminder and a notification arrives each evening; tapping it opens the summary.
