💻 Web version · The computer in the booth

The computer at the counter is the same lot.

If there is a computer in the booth you do not need to install anything: sign in with the same account in the browser and your lot appears on screen. Long lists on a wide screen, fast typing.

📲 Receipt QR · The slip that ends haggling

Let your customer watch the fee live.

The moment a car enters, a code unique to that record is born. The customer scans it and watches the entry time and running fee live on their phone. No more "it can't be that much" at the exit queue.

Reading plates with the camera

  1. Tap VEHICLE ENTRY on the panel; the phone camera opens.
  2. Frame the plate and take the photo.
  3. The plate is read and the record opens; if it fails you can type it.

Reading happens on the device — no internet needed and the photo never leaves your phone.

Connecting the display board to a TV

  1. In the browser of the booth TV, open tanrikuluapps.com/otoparkpro/pano. A 6-digit code appears on screen.
  2. On your phone go to Settings → Display Board and type the code shown on the TV.
  3. The board links to your active branch and starts showing free spots and your rates live. The TV never asks again.

You need to be signed in with a cloud account to link. If you hand the TV to another business, tap the footer 5 times to reset the pairing.

Showing the receipt QR to a customer

  1. Register the vehicle entry; a code unique to that record is created immediately.
  2. Tap the card on the panel, then tap the Receipt QR button.
  3. The customer scans it and watches the entry time and running fee live. You can also print it on a slip.

The link shows only that single record; your plates and till stay private. It works after cloud sync.

Sending the end-of-day report to the boss

  1. On the Cash screen, tap the summary icon at the top right.
  2. Today's takings, cash/card split, vehicles in and out and collections per staff appear on one screen.
  3. Use Share to send it by WhatsApp or SMS — the recipient does not need the app.

Pick a time under Settings → Evening reminder and a notification arrives each evening; tapping it opens the summary.
