Frequently asked

How do I add a car to the queue?

Tap New Job at the bottom of the board and photograph the plate — it is read on the device, no internet needed. If you'd rather not use the camera, the same screen has a type the plate link. Then pick the vehicle class and services, optionally assign a staff member, and tap Add to queue or Start now. A single button on each card moves the car to the next step: Queued → In progress → Ready → Delivered.

How do I set service prices and vehicle classes?

From the Services tab. Each service has separate prices for sedan, SUV and van, an estimated duration and a commission rate; when you pick the vehicle class while opening a job, the right price is filled in automatically. Six common services are seeded at setup — rename and reprice them freely. A service with past jobs is never deleted, it is deactivated, so your old reports stay intact. Price changes don't affect past jobs: every job carries the price of its own day.

How do I set staff commission?

Commission is defined per person, not per service: open Settings → Staff and enter each person's rate (for example 15%). When you assign someone to a job, that job's commission is calculated with their rate and stored. The Cash → report screen shows earnings for the period, and at month end you can share a per-person A4 reconciliation PDF.

Where does the "estimated delivery" time come from?

From your own history. The app learns how long each service actually takes at your shop from recent jobs (falling back to the duration in your catalog when there aren't enough samples), then simulates the current queue against your branch capacity. You set capacity (how many cars are washed at once) in Settings → Branch. If you've set a closing time, the app warns you while opening a job whose estimate runs past it.

How does the loyalty card work?

It counts by plate. You choose the threshold in Settings (default 10): after the tenth wash the next one is offered as free on the delivery screen — you can always decline. A free wash doesn't advance the counter, and loyalty doesn't apply to contract customers; the two are mutually exclusive.

How do I set up contract (fleet) customers?

In the Contracts tab, enter the plate, customer name, period (weekly or monthly), amount and — if any — the number of included washes ("10 washes a month"). The period counter runs by itself; once the allowance is used up, delivery goes back to normal charging. Coverage is per service: basic washes are included by default, extras like polish are not — change it on each service. At month end you can send the customer a monthly statement PDF in one tap.

How do I turn the TV in my shop into a live queue display?

Open tanrikuluapps.com/washpro/pano in the TV's browser; a pairing QR code appears on screen. In the app go to Settings → TV Board → "Scan the QR on the TV" and scan it with your phone — it pairs in seconds and that TV permanently becomes your board. Only plate, status and estimated delivery are shown; amounts are never displayed. The pairing code is single-use and valid for 15 minutes; you can refresh it any time from the same screen.

How do customers find me on the map? How do appointments arrive?

Your business appears on the map only if you want it to: turn on Settings → "Show on map" (your business location must be saved). Customers in customer mode see nearby car washes on the map, check how busy each is, pick a time slot and request an appointment with their plate. The request arrives as a notification on your phone; whether you approve or decline, the customer knows instantly. Requests are rate-limited — the same plate or phone number can't flood you, so your board stays clean.

The plate isn't being read

Keep the whole plate inside the frame and parallel to the screen; sharp angles hurt recognition. The app shows you the candidates it read — just tap the right one. You can also open a job by typing the plate. Turkish plates never contain Q, W or X, so an entry with those letters is rejected.

The app recognises the plate format of 23 countries (Turkey, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, the Netherlands, Poland, Romania, Russia, Ukraine, Azerbaijan and others). The country is picked from your device region on first launch and can be changed in Settings. If your country isn't listed, you can still enter plates in free form.

Can I try it without subscribing? What happens when the trial ends?

There are two layers: right after installing you can open 3 jobs without giving anything (scan a plate, deliver, see the cash register). The real trial is on the store side: the first 7 days are free once you start the subscription. When a trial or subscription ends, nothing is deleted — your records stay where they are and only the business side locks; everything opens again the moment you subscribe. The customer side (QR car tracking) is outside the subscription and always free.

How do I cancel my subscription? Can I get a refund?

On iPhone: Settings → (your name) → Subscriptions → WashPro Pro → Cancel Subscription. On Android: Play Store → Profile → Payments and subscriptions. Cancelling doesn't cut you off — you keep access until the end of the period. To end a free trial without being charged, cancel at least 24 hours before the last day of the trial.

Refunds are handled by the store, not by us: for the App Store use reportaproblem.apple.com, for Google Play use Play Store → order history → Report a problem. If something went wrong, write to us anyway — we'll do what we can to support your request.

Does the app work offline?

Yes. Opening jobs, changing status, taking payment and all reports work offline. Everything syncs to the cloud by itself once you're back online. The customer's QR tracking does need internet, because their phone reads from the cloud.

Can I use it on more than one device? What if I change phones?

Yes — every device signed in with your cloud account sees the same business. One device connects to one business at a time.

When you switch phones, install the app on the new one and sign in with the same account; your jobs, services, staff and contracts come down from the cloud. Your subscription follows too — it's active if you're signed in with the same store account, and if it lags, the restore purchases button on the paywall settles it. You don't need to touch the old phone. Note: if you used the app without a cloud account, the data lives only on that phone and cannot be moved.

Why can't my staff see some screens?

Permissions follow roles. Staff can open jobs, change status and take payment; price overrides, reports, expenses and settings stay with managers. You pick the role when you create the invite code.

My data is missing — is it lost?

Almost always this means a different account was signed in. Using the same e-mail with Google, Apple and a password does not create three accounts; but different e-mails (your work and personal address, say) create separate businesses that can look identical on screen. Check Settings → Cloud account to see which e-mail you're signed in with. If you're not sure, write to us and we'll look together — if nothing was deleted, it can be recovered.

How do I delete my account?

In the app: Settings → Cloud account → Delete my account. If you can't access the app, you can request deletion by e-mail from the account deletion page.
