Turning your shop TV into a queue display
You can turn the television in your waiting area into a live queue display: customers see which car is being washed, where they are in line and the estimated ready time. Nothing needs to be installed on the TV — its browser is enough.
First: sign in to a cloud account
The TV board requires you to be signed in to a cloud account; without a session the app warns you and will not open the pairing screen. The reason is simple: the board's data comes from the cloud rather than your phone, because the television is not connected to your phone.
Pairing steps
- Open tanrikuluapps.com/washpro/pano in the television's browser.
- A QR code appears on screen.
- In the app open TV board and choose Scan the QR on the TV.
- When the app says TV connected, the television switches to the live board.
What the board shows — and hides
The board shows only the plate, the status and the estimated ready time. Price, customer name and phone number never reach the screen. That limit is deliberate: everyone in the waiting area can see the display, and what somebody paid is nobody else's business.
Rotating the code
If the code leaks, or you want to cut an old television loose, use Rotate code. The moment it is rotated the old link stops working and the board must be paired again. Use it when you move branches or retire a screen.
A dropped connection does not blank the screen
When the internet comes and goes, the board keeps showing the last state it had rather than emptying on a single failed request. From the customer's side the difference matters: during a short outage the screen looks frozen, not empty — so it never reads as "the system is down".
Choosing a screen
- On a landscape screen the board puts the four status columns side by side; on a narrow or portrait screen it stacks them.
- Text scales with screen height, so it stays readable from two or three metres away.
- Set the television to stay awake so it does not drop into standby during quiet periods.
Common mistakes
- Trying it without signing in: the app warns you, but the reason is not always obvious — sign in to the cloud first.
- Rotating the code unnecessarily: every rotation drops the current TV and forces a re-pairing.
- Confusing the board with customer tracking: the board is for the screen in your shop. Letting a customer follow their own car on their phone is a separate feature, the customer tracking QR.
