Water, cola, bibs — the canteen is part of the till. Define a product once; at sale time either scan with a Bluetooth barcode reader or point the phone camera. The product is found, the quantity is asked, stock drops.

Define the product, turn on stock tracking In the Canteen tab enter name, price and barcode; for counted items turn on stock tracking and enter the quantity on hand. You can also add the barcode by scanning it from the product card.

Scan with a reader or the camera Pair a Bluetooth reader with the phone like a keyboard and scan as at a counter. No reader? Tap the camera icon next to the search box and point the phone at the barcode.

Stock drops, low items turn red The quantity drops with every sale; at 5 or below the product turns red in the list. Put a team's order on the match tab and settle it with the remaining fee in one tap at checkout.

Items without a barcode you find by name. A reader isn't required — the phone camera is enough.

A pitch × hour grid on one screen: what is booked, what is free, and the revenue you expect that day. Tap an empty slot to book it.

Take a deposit, mark the no-shows

Add a deposit to a booking and mark a team that did not show. Next time that team is written in, the warning appears by itself — you do not have to remember anyone's record.

Set standing matches once

Say "every Tuesday at 21:00, the Veterans" and the next four weeks are already in place. If they cancel a week, one tap frees that slot so the hour is not wasted.

You set the pricing

Set a price per pitch, per day and per hour: weekday mornings one rate, evenings and weekends another. The right amount appears by itself when a booking is made.

"Any free slots tonight?" Open the board address on the TV at your entrance, scan the QR from the app, and the day's schedule runs on screen. Visitors see it without asking, and you stop reaching for the book.

Scan the QR from the app Settings → TV Board → "Scan the QR on the TV" — point the camera at the code and the TV turns into your schedule in seconds.

The board updates itself Hours fill as bookings come in and free up on cancellation. Nobody has to touch the screen.

The board shows only times and team names; phone numbers and money never appear on screen.
