Using it on a computer: the OtoparkPro web version

If there is a computer in the booth you can also run OtoparkPro in a browser. The web version does not replace the phone app; it is a second screen onto the same business. This page covers signing in, what is and is not there, and the connection rule.

How to open it

In the computer's browser go to otoparkpro.tanrikuluapps.com. The sign-in screen appears: Continue with Apple, Continue with Google, or e-mail and password. Use the same account you use on the phone — your business, branches, tariffs and the cars currently inside open exactly as they are.

Note: the web does not create new accounts. Create the account and the subscription in the phone app, then sign in here with the same account.

Which account to use

If you are the owner your own account is enough. If you are staff, join the team from the phone with the invite code the owner gives you, then sign in on the web with that same account. If the owner of the business subscribes, the whole team runs as Pro — staff do not need their own subscription. If you sign in with the wrong account and land on the subscription screen, use Sign in with another account on that screen to switch.

What the web has

Vehicle entry and exit (typing the plate), the list of cars inside and search, tariffs, subscribers and period payments, cash and expenses, reports and the end-of-day summary, branches, team and permissions, and opening the TV board in a new tab. A wide screen shows long lists, the keyboard is fast: F2 is vehicle entry, F3 is vehicle exit.

What the web does not have

Phone and computer at the same time

Both can be open together. An exit you give on the phone appears on the computer within seconds, and a car you take in on the computer appears on the phone. If two devices change the same record at the same moment the last write wins; the server refuses a record that arrives older than the one already stored. The status line at the bottom left says Live when the connection is up; a queue note means records are still waiting to reach the cloud.

Connection required: the web version does not work without internet. This is a deliberate limit — no permanent local data is kept in the browser; the cloud is the source.

Device count

An open web tab counts as a device too. The number of devices that can be used at the same time is limited; Settings → Cloud Account → Devices shows the list and lets you switch off a device you no longer use.

TV board

The Board item in the left menu opens the display board in a new tab; put that tab full screen on the TV in the booth. For the board to show free spaces, the branch must have "Visible to drivers" turned on.

Signing out and safety

The sign-out icon at the bottom left ends the session. On a shared computer sign out when you finish; closing the browser alone does not end the session. Everything visible on the web is limited by your account's permissions: an attendant cannot see cash or reports.
